  : Nice location but micromanaging owner to the point it’s a bit much.
  : Owner emailed detailed instructions/house rules and text a lot, caused anxiety, texting even after the stay asking for a high rating. Instruction were a bit overbearing to the point of anxiety producing, fearing I would get charged for something not being left perfect. -No wood for the fireplace -Locked thermostat it got cold! -house was visibly dirty floors and light switch in the bathroom - multiple cars parked on the property -Being hassled over text about paying for extra guest which was an honest mistake, the owner said I could pay at the property for the extra guest.... the charge for the three extra guest was less the fee the owner decided to add for inconvenience!!!!! Outrageous!!!!!! $329 for ONE night!!!!!!!And the check in and out times change when you book it- depending upon his whim. One of the showers had a water pick attached to the shower head-ewww!!!!! And the other bathroom had a cup of used soap bars.Power went out a few times and there were no flashlights, thankfully didn’t last long.Wanted a decent place to stay with family and a place to be able to cook dinner and breakfast for my small children turned into feeling taken advantage of because the extra fees and knowing I was stuck as he would get money if I tried to cancel because it was non refundable....... Felt screwed.HOUSE RULES (Make sure ALL guests know):1. RESPECT THE HOUSE as if it was your own.2. PARK ON THE DRIVEWAY near the front door next to the sign. Do not park in front of the garage or block the propane tank.3. REMOVE OUTDOOR SHOES upon entering the house. Wear indoor shoes or slippers if you’d like. Some are provided.4. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. Do not oust butts on the building structure or cement floor. Throw butts away or take with you. This is a FIRE ZONE AREA!5. USE COASTERS on tables and counters. USE CUTTING BOARDS not counters to cut. Food is shared so enjoy and/or leave some.6. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE.

  : Large holes in bathroom door mold in shower dog hair all over couch rat traps under couch old nasty sheets on bed/couch not a decent place to stay waste of my hard worked money terrible time
