Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 6 years old and over stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the name on the reservation and the ID presented at the property.

Resort fee plus tax that is not included in the quoted rate will be collected by the hotel upon check-in. The resort fee is subject to tax. The daily resort fee includes:
- Pool and water slides
- Hot tub
- Fitness room access
- In-room coffee/tea maker
- In-room local and toll-free calls
- Free WiFi
- Business center access
- Boarding pass printing

Pool Policy: Daily pool access is available to registered guests only. Only registered guests of the resort will be allowed access to the pool. The property cannot accommodate pool parties.

Please note that free in-room WiFi has a 2-device limit. Additional devices may be added at a surcharge.

If you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time) please contact the resort prior to arrival. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
