  : Location was good, close proximity to other hotels. Loved being along side the river. Price was very decent.
  : Check in was terrible, almost an hour. It started off with 3 clerks, one got sidetracked with a customer who asked a question on the side, took 20 minutes and she was still dealing with that customer when I finally checked in. So, down to 2 clerks, then shortly after, a clerk decided it was time to take a break with at least 30 customers behind me Room was okay, drawer should be repaired, kept opening up on its own. I noticed they attempted to keep it shut with paper wedged in it. View was beautiful, would have been nicer had all the bird poop been cleaned off. There was one pretty rude clerk I had to deal with, when I went down to reconfirm I was still okay to stay in our room, as we decided to check in a day earlier. It seemed strange that restaurants were closed for 3 days when the hotel was busy!

  : This place is disgusting. Out room was filthy upon check-in. Shower stall had dirt imbedded into the floor. Door had mold/mildew on it. Door was off the track and couldnt be closed. Sheets had someone elses hair on it when we were getting into bed
