  : the lady at breakfast was so nice. love the roaming cats.
  : no parking. parking should be for guests staying in the hotel. kids splashing in the hot tubs after 10 pm. there should be a time for adults only. the hotel needs to be updated we stayed in the Aladdin and it was nice but very run down.

  : The pools are nice The tv and jacuzzi didn’t work. Staff tried to fix but it was beyond their capability.
  : Over priced and rooms were not cleaned. waited two hours and room never cleaned so they put us in different room and charged more.

  : the private pools were awesome and the breakfast was very nice, there was also a gaggle of friendly cats
  : the ceiling fan when turned on about came off and killed us, the place smelled strongly of cat urine, our trash was full when we arrived as well as the room dirty. morning staff lady was irritable so much so that we felt uncomfortable voicing our concerns

  : I loved the hot pots and the historical buildings, really close to restaurants and the museum. We stayed at the blue house, and it was clean and had everything we needed. We also had our own entrance to the hot pools, which was nice. We were not expecting 3 beds, but it had 3, so that was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very accommodating they even shoveled the walkways to both entrances for us as it was dumping snow. Inside the blue house, there was a fridge,a stove, a coffee pot, a microwave, 3 bedrooms, a very warm bathroom with shampoo and a cleansing bar, you should bring your own if you don't like nor having conditioner lol but it had clean towels and washcloths. The living room had dish and we also could hook our laptop up to the TV with the hdmi cable to watch movies. I want to go back in the summer.
  : The breakfast could use a little more flavor. Also, creamer for the coffee, please.
