  : Great breakfast and staff very helpful. Bar, food, and lounge on site was very convenient. Good handicap access. Great value for the price. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again

  : The location of the hotel was close to a gas station and grocery store. Deadwood wasn't far. The breakfast was good and had multiple options to choose from.
  : The room was not very clean, we found a hat from a previous guest shoved between the bed and nightstand and there was popcorn all over the floor (not from us). The vending machine gave the wrong product, and the staff did nothing about it. One staff member was very friendly and tried to accommodate us as much as she could, but the rest seemed to not care about what was going on. The cleaning staff brought some new towels, but not enough to replace all the used towels and took out garbage but didn't vacuum. The back door was supposed to be locked between 12am and 6am for guest safety, but it wasn't. The dryer in the laundry room took multiple cycles to dry the clothes fully, and the elevator would act up sometimes. There was a sign saying that we could get quarters from the front desk for laundry, but they do not give enough to do laundry. You would be better going to the grocery store or local bank. They have a lounge for food and drinks, but you really don't get food it's more for appetizers. They didn't have 24-hour coffee, which I understand, however, you can only get 2 packets per day if they cleaned your room or had to get it in the morning during breakfast. We had 2 queen beds in our room, and one was worn in the middle, so we would roll to the middle, causing it to be very uncomfortable.
