  : We got to hotel and then was told there was a $50 deposit and $15 pet fee in addition to the room charges. Theses fee were not disclosed in booking.com. We asked them to cancel as this was not disclosed upon making our reservation which disclosed we had a dog. Their response to our special request-the dog was they couldnt answer that until we got there. The clerk called someone and spoke to them in another language which we could not understand. We requested our reservation be cancelled but not be billed due to the additional fees not being disclosed at time of reservation. Clerk cancelled our reservation immediately billing us for one night. So then we asked for the room and we would pay the deposit in cash and the $15 undisclosed fee so as not to lose our funds. Whoever the clerk was speaking to refused to give us a room at that point. We called your customer service. The woman spoke to the hotel and was told we would not be billed but the $63 was billed to my account and went through as a valid charge the next day. The next night we had used booking.com and ran into the same issue with a pet fee not being disclosed on booking.com until arrival at the property. This property worked with us. But we paid through you over $241.00 for 2 nights which would have been $126.00 at the hotels website which disclosed a much cheaper pet fee. Needless to say will not be using booking.com in the future traveling with pets.

  : Some guy approached me outside and asked me if I wanted drugs so that was scary. Then I was outside yesterday around 4:45-5 sitting on sidewalk smoking and the guy from the front desk came out and said people were complaining on me for some reason and made me go back to my room.
