  : Very close to highway so you hear the traffic ie constant big rigs. Plastic cutlery and paper plates are inappropriate at this price point.

  : I booked through Bookings.com on the 19th. It said I had through the 20th to cancel. The next day, the weather changed, so I had to pick a new route. I asked for a refund through Bookings AND I called the hotel. Nice receptionist said shed check with management, but said she had never heard of not refunding if requested within 24 hours of booking. No refund. I emailed them when I got back. Never even got the courtesy of a reply. Im pretty stunned - I really like Fairfields, but I wont be considering them in the future.
