  : Location was excellent. Close to Franconia, Lost River, Lincoln. The room was nice and modern and we liked that we could park right in front of the room. The breakfast was also convenient for grab and go.The girls at the check in desk were really nice and helpful too.
  : We weren’t happy finding out we were in rooms that were pet friendly and our neighbors had dogs that were left alone and loud until they arrived. When I was asked if I had a pet at check in and I said no that should be an immediate placement in the rooms where pets aren’t allowed. Or atleast asked if I cared to be in the pet friendly room. The bathroom toilet was also left dirty on the seat in our room.

  : very well kept business. we had a pet room whiched work out perfect. breakfast was good. nice dog walk behind motel.variety st ore is located next door. picnic tables and grill worked well.

  : Breakfast was fine the waffle machines were flawless. Front desk was absent a lot but not a problem. Pool heaters were down on a big weekend but stuff happens.

  : The description included a pool and hot tub. We hurried to relax a little in the pool. I promised my little son about this all the way. He was looking forward to it, he loves to swim. But when we arrived, they told us that the heating of the pool did not work and it was not working. We rented this hotel because of the pool and breakfast. Without this, we could have rented a hotel much cheaper. What did we pay $200 for? The price of this hotel is 100!!!. What a disappointment it was. We didn't receive any apology. And nowhere was it indicated when booking that the pool was not open, and after booking too. And the breakfasts were terrible. Firstly, there was only room for 6 people if you want to have breakfast on the spot. Breakfast was brought-in food, there was nothing fresh prepared. Very small selection (waffles, sandwiches and frozen muffins). The oranges were covered in mold. This hotel ruined our vacation. The rooms were clean but needed updating. No green area, only parking.

  : Great motel for relaxation. The beds were very comfortable.
  : There was no recycling bins. We felt bad throwing everything (containers, plastics, paper, etc.) to the trash.

  : The breakfast was a little cheesy for the price paid and the pool was unsupervised kids running round bleeding and swimming
