Disappointing
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : Liked the breakfast, the pool, pool table, modern decor
  : There were only 3 pillows on each bed and all were flat making it difficult to sleep as a side sleeper. There were no curtains, only pull down shades which didn't block sun from coming in so I had to get out ironing board to prop against edges to help press shades to wall to block sun. Worst of all, the thermostat kept falsely detecting that the room had reached 67 degrees so a/c kept shutting off to fan only and room was not very cool making it impossible to sleep for a middle aged woman. I had to wrap the thermostat on the wall with washcloths and cover with a gallon size Ziploc bag I happened to have. This worked and room finally cooled enough to sleep. These issues made this the worst night sleep I have ever experienced at a hotel. A comfortable hotel room needs an a/c that will get room cold, also, needs a variety of pillows with some plush and firm, more than 3 pillows are needed, and curtains are a necessity for blocking light coming through edges of blinds...you cannot skip curtains in a bedroom

  : The TV it kept buffering so I had to go sit in the lobby and watch the fight till 1:30 AM and I was getting on the road Sunday morning 9 AM or 10 AM

  : No microwave in room but they have one downstairs near the snacks. I understand the marketing however I really wish there were microwaves in the space
