  : It was fine last year when we stayed there but this year it was loud and not the cleanest room either. Stayed in a different room this year don’t know if that made a difference too

  : Check-in process was quick and simple. Even though I got there at almost four in the morning due to a flight delay. The room was clean with hardwood floors that I like.
  : Cleaning staff was not given a list of people who had actually checked out and they knocked on my door at 8:30 in the morning and then opened it up. Waking me up. Completely unprofessional, and really tick me off because I was exhausted as I'd gotten in at 4. A m.Also their "free breakfast" is a joke. No hot food. Only 2 cereal choices (Fruit Loops, Cheerios) and some prepackaged commercial muffins. No coffee, juice, or milk was out. No choices for someone who is diabetic.
