Quality Inn Logan near University

  : I would like to offer some feedback regarding the general manager Rosalie Clark at the Quality Inn in Logan Utah. I was traveling to Logan with my husband and newborn daughter. We requested a double queen bed room and we informed by the hotel as well as booking.com that one was available. I received confirmation that I would be in a two queen bed room which is what I needed since I had my baby. I came from 5 hours away and did not bring a crib. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the manager in a very rude way. I walked in the door at 2:45 and was going to ask if my room was ready. Before I could even say a word the manager rolled her eyes and said “check in is at 3”. My room was then incorrect and offered no space for my baby. When I brought up that I would be unable to use the room with my baby she did not care and told me to deal with booking.com because she wouldn’t help me. She was extremely rude and kept insisting that booking.com was at fault and I was the problem for going through them… I am very disappointed at her lack in professionalism. I asked her for a refund and she said she would not give me one and that I would have to work it out with booking.She would not help me in any way. She then brought pillows and made us make the couch into a bed ourselves… Aside from just the issues with Rosalie when we got into the room and it was so dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom as well as on the comforter on the bed. The soap bar was in an open bag and had clearly been used. I would like a refund, this was an extremely horrible experience and the hotel refuses to do anything to compensate for all of the problems.

  : The room levels are so thin, literally can hear people talk in the next room. My dumb room had a clicking noise all day by the door with the two keys hanging from the ceiling. The bed messed up my hips and back so bad! Literally sleeping on a spring. Loud people all night and no one to reinforce any kind of rules.

  : Breakfast was pretty good, no real complaints except that nearly everything was really sweet. The sausage and eggs were good, and of everything that I had for breakfast this morning I think those are pretty much the only things that didn't have sugar! But overall the eating area was clean, and the food was also pretty good but I didn't see any fruit or oatmeal.
  : Our first room had a light issue in the bathroom, so when we left to go to a meeting we came back and were moved across the hall. The new room that we moved into had a loose toilet and every time you would use it, the toilet would bang against the wall and rock. We didn't pass that on to the staff, we actually forgot to because we were in a rush to get out for a meeting.
