A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Credit card used will be requested by the property upon booking, together with valid ID of the credit card holder of the main guest.

Pets are welcome WITH APPROVAL for a fee as long as they do not lay on beds/furniture or damage anything. There will be a $500 fee for any animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not allow unapproved pets.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation.
