  : location, homeless lives in streets aroundno parking, got 2 parking ticket; used the metered machine, gave me 24 min went to get stuff from the apartment then found the 63$ ticket

  : The property was sparsely but comfortably furnished and well equipped though nothing extra was provided apart from 1 tablet for the dishwasher and 2 toilet rolls. It was impossible to get the location information from the proprietors until check in time, which made it difficult to plan our trip. The location was as described in the reviews, in the middle of skid row so I wouldn’t recommend travelling there alone as I did get abuse shouted at me on several occasions. The apartment itself was a downtown converted factory which was stylishly done and clean though not at all sound proof. The building is otherwise apartment units, so once inside it felt pretty safe. The location is lower downtown so within walking distance to Chinatown and art district as well as koreatown.
  : We couldn’t get separate keys from the proprietor, which in the end was ok because we had to stick together for safety as we didn’t have a car
