  : For our purposes it was perfectly located. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable.The chocolate mousse dessert was divine, and the waitstaff very attentive in the restaurant.
  : One bed was short sheeted, no fan in the bathroom, no bath mat. The grout was a little mildewed.The restaurant was hit or miss: way too acidic red sauce in an appetizer, cold $28 burger (which they heated quickly) and loud, obnoxious music.Wish there were recommendations for local restaurants within walking distance. Because we didn’t know the neighborhood or the safety, we didn’t venture out much and I think that’s a missed opportunity.

  : The Omni is a beautiful hotel and is an a great location within a few minutes walking distance to the museums, Grand Park, Grand Central Market, and more. Most of the staff was great and had wonderful interactions with them. Our room was very clean and a very good size. I liked the free coffee and muffins/pastries they provided on Sunday morning (until around 10am). It was a surprise since they didn't have the pastries available on Saturday morning and was told free coffee was only until 5-7am. The food at the restaurants, especially the dessert at Noe was good!
  : I think I just had really high expectations for this place based on the reviews. The rooms are a bit dated and could probably use a renovation in the future. The pool was really small. At first my friend thought they had a huge hot tub, but then realized it was actually the pool. Most of the hotel staff was awesome, but I felt like the people at the valet service could have been nicer. It was really cool that the Omni offers car service within a 3 mile radius of the hotel, so I asked the front desk if they could take me somewhere just slightly outside of it (3.2 miles). I was told it probably wouldn't be a problem and to ask the valet people. When I asked this one guy, he just flatly/rudely said "No, we don't go there!" and then just ignore me. (I'm not upset that they couldn't take me, just at how rude he was)
