  : The 1st condo they put us in was missing all the baseboards and parts of the walls because they said they had a flood and they just left it like that I was shocked.

  : the story that we were located was under renovation including the inside of the apartment which we were unaware of. There were no towels available and we were unaware that we had to bring our own towels, we just wanted to be notified beforehand to bring our towels instead of arriving tired and having to go somewhere to buy new ones.

  : The only thing we liked about the property was it had a bed for us to sleep in.
  : This was our first time first time renting an airBNB and we were very disappointed. The rooms were still under construction. They charge a $200 cleaning fee, for what? Our room was disgusting walls were gross, the room smelled like cigarettes, they didn’t wash our sheets we ,and it looked like they hadn’t cleaned the dryer lint catcher in weeks we didn’t have a trash can in the kitchen,they left dirty q-tips under the bathroom sink

  : Little broken things everywhere, couldnt get AC or garbage disposal to work. Hot water took forever

  : We were put in a construction zone . The room had no baseboards, no moldings around doors , furniture you are sitting on springs , 1 towel for 7 days, 1 roll of toilet paper. Internet was not connected to room so could not watch tv . Room was not clean at all we put socks on and they were black . Host never answered or responded when I called or texted the whole time .No blinds in Master bedroom had to hang a comforter , no blinds on sliding glass door. We had to walk through a construction zone to get to room under a plastic. We had to buy are own towels toilet paper wash soap . The address was not the same as listed on booking.com. Only thing about it that was good is it is close to all the attractions.

  : Great location near DTLA, huge apartment with large windows in all rooms. Comfy beds, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Troy the keyholder was helpful and contactable by whats app.
  : The washing machine had been unplumbed following a pipe bursting in the weeks before our visit but the machines were pushed back into place so we had no idea we were flooding the downstairs neighbours until they knocked the door! Troy, the key holder/buddy sorted it out with an engineer but we had to wait three days for him to replumb it in and obviously mop up and dry the apartment ourselves. Troy was very helpful though when he replied to my messages. He was as shocked as we were.

  : Good location, good view from 7 floor, comfortable rooms. But owners MUST improve check-in procedures and other that was written ASAP.
  : Very bad primary communication, as it was done by phone sending SMS and we haven't received SMS as our phone numbers were from European country. Just managed to communicate with owner when started to use USA phone number by pre-paid SIM card (by the way, very bad communication using USA pre-paid SIM card, if you are not in cities, e.g driving in national parks or outside city). Communication and information how to check-in must be done by e-mail or booking system in advance, but not the same day of check-in as customer may encounter different problems using phone (as we had)
