  : Location was convenient for what we needed. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really good.
  : The floor in front of the door was slick, dont know if it was from the humidity. The body wash dispenser in the shower was broken. We were still able to use it.

  : Overall, it was a good size and accommodated our sleeping needs. It had a nice pool, though we weren't able to use it the day we were planning to because I had to be shocked, and the breakfast was pretty good. There were some front desk people that were very friendly, one appeared annoyed because I had to keep asking about the exact same thing daily, but it was never rectified by the time I left. I explained that the door would not shut, it was off the tracking or whatever, and the doorknob was basically removed as well. I was told that there is only one maintenance person, and that it probably would not be fixed because it's a three-story building and he has to prioritize other things, and it was not fixed. If I were sharing the room with a friend or coworker, this 100% would not have worked!!
  : The bathroom door was supposed to slide shut, but it literally would not slide. So my oldest daughter and I were forced to either use the bathroom in front of each other, or go outside the bedroom because the bathroom was inside the bedroom. Additionally, they do not clean or freshen up the rooms unless you ask the day before and get put on the list. The reason I would choose a hotel over an Airbnb is to have that accommodation. The couch that was the sleeper appears to have blood on it. It just felt so-so for cleanliness. And probably one of the most frustrating issues was that in the four days that I stayed, the key would not work more than half the time. So when I came up with my suitcases for example, I had to go back downstairs with my suitcases because the key card wouldn't work. I probably had to get it changed out or rescanned more than 10 times. To expand on the comment above, it's obvious that the bathroom door had been like that for a long time, so I feel like there is just a nonchalant attitude to basic maintenance up keep
