  : I never been to this Rodeway inn Lynn-La Grange, why I write bad review because I got an very unhappy experience about refund with this hotel. I made a booking and paid full price from booking.com online, the hotel location should be hotel Rodeway in Lynn-Chicago Evanston. But When I droved 7 hours get to Evanston on June 8th, I was told my booking hotel location is in La Grange. I never know this hotel and place called La Grange before, it is not possible for me to book this hotel, also it is far away from Evanston. So I never show up and checked in for Rodeway inn Lynn - La Grange. This is totally bad mistake that made by booking.com. Then booking.com help me cancel the hotel, and gave me phone number let me talk with the manager of Rodeway inn Lynn- La Grange, I called her for a few times, she agreed to refund my two nights booking money and charged 1st night though I never checked in. I agreed with it because of getting some amount of money back better than nothing. Then guess what, after she put down the phone, this manager of Rodeway inn Lynn-LA Grange didn't refund me at all, till I called my credit card company recently to check it I just have gotten know it. I believe that if a manager in this hotel doesn't know keep the words to the customers, doesn't care about the basic trust and lie to customers, it is not a basic quality leader and this hotel is not good at all.

  : The suite is very spacious which is great. The room was clean however the carpet does need a deep cleaning. The shower had mold around the edges. It has a table, jacuzzi, couch, fridge and microwave, which is great to keep food cold and warm it up.
