  : Like the room size and cleanliness
  : No workout facility. We have stayed with you a couple of times before and I always enjoyed the in-house workout room in the basement. I was sorely disappointed that it no longer exists! The website showed that you still have a workout room. When I travel, exercise is one of the most important amenities I look for in a hotel. Although I was provided a voucher to use a local gym facility, it closed on Saturday at noon and was closed all day Sunday so I was unable to take advantage of it. Also, we would not stay on the first floor again. It was noisy at night with cars speeding by and revving their engines. The persons upstairs above us were noisily walking around and it literally sounded like pounding on the ceiling. We are not complainers, but it was disturbing at night. The jets in the bathtub were not working and there was a sign posted that they were inoperable.

  : Continental Breakfast was a little disappointing. I would have expected more, for example, having a waffle maker would have been nice.
  : Our lovely room was on Washington Street and with the traffic, it was noisy at night.
