  : Clean, comfortable, safe, and a fair price. Grocery and restaurants within a very short walk. What more do you want? Best motel I stayed at on my east coast road trip.

  : The room was clean enough the bathroom wasn’t all that clean and had an itty bitty old toilet paper on it that had only a few sheets on it & those looked like they had wet spots on em that been wet and dried wrinkled so that was gross. The towels were folded pretty so that was nice. There was a coffee maker in the room but the coffee they provided was gross. The room was spacious. The Jersey Mike’s next door was the best subs I had in a long while
  : The property was in a tight location, but that was really no big deal. However, the girl doing the kiosk kept trying to get an extra credit card number other than the one I used to check in with which I found weird cause I paid in advance upon booking so I refused to do that. didn’t understand why she needed 2 different cards & I saw no need to give an automated kiosk person my card info given the room was paid for & there were people in the lobby I did not know so wasn’t about to put my personal info on a huge screen. So check in was weird but I moved on. (Side note: after I checked out the next night a bunch of small charges that added up to a larger amount came across my card while I was asleep like I had bought stuff from YouTube & google at 12am which sure you I was asleep trying to rest for work the next day. So now I am dealing with that mess.) But the night was just getting started apparently & about to only get worse…… literally as soon as I got to my room the lady in the room down from me told me her SUV gotten broken into the night b4, an hour after that a prostitute approached my husband & me! I was in total disbelief & shock! And if that wasn’t bad enough when we got back from dinner a guy was outside hitting a glass pipe on the sidewalk! A drunk fell kept falling down & being loud in the parking lot where my truck was parked. My husband had to stop someone from going in the tailgate of my truck looking through it & jiggling my door handles, I literally set my alarm for every 2 hours so I could check my truck (not that I needed it with everything going on in the parking lot) I can honestly say that if my husband hadn’t been with me I would’ve left & slept in my truck somewhere. Oh & let’s not forget to mention that as I was leaving the next morning the health department was pulling up in an suv. I don’t know why they were there but seeing that was less than reassuring.

  : No breakfast or office coffee which is better than the room packaged stuff normally. No lobby. No frills. Very basic room. Another customer had to figure out that the kiosk was the customer service. Virtual has gone too far.
  : Virtual checking in at the kiosk. It was weird. Not really any customer service. We paid a little more than advertised but not much.
