  : The condo floor very unlevel very old needs serious work I almost got a bad case of Vertigo because of it, which resulted in my being unable to stay there
  : Had to walk up wooden steps to deck that were slippery when wet. Floor in unit 22 very unlevel. Unit was close to the road and noisy, also close to the airport and helicopter rides and noisy too.

  : The units were clean and the kitchen was stocked with utensils. The internet was functional and the unit laundry below the unit was nice to have. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful sunsets.
  : We had to move during our stay which was a pain during our stay but it ended up being a blessing since the property is so close to US 1. The traffic noise was very loud between 5am to about midnight with an occasional semi truck between midnight and 5am. The second unit was away from the roadway and was a little quieter. The property is nice and the boat ramp, docks, would be perfect for boaters.

  : PRO's- Beautiful place, many amenities near by( restaurants, grocery and bait stores), staff was awesome, A great place to come if you want to bring a boat nice secure place near your Villa to park it an leave in the water for your whole stay, free kayak an bike usage which they are very lenient with they are not to concerned about the two hour usage on their page, they have double an single kayaks, two canoes and a paddle boat, so very fun, I didn't even use my kayaks that we brung down. There is a nice fishing dock with plenty of Mangrove snappers, an we caught an released two nurse sharks so that's nice for just chilling. There are so many little thoughts that make your stay easy, such as a cheese shredder lol and other little touches like that, free laundry under the villa with a little storage space for fishing gear ect., the pool was nice with rest rooms and picnic area and games, clean an never saw a bug. You can smoke on your balcony. Plenty of dishes.Con's- We thought we had a gulf view, but no we were next to the noisy road, so be sure about that, In the pics it looked like separate 3 bed rooms but was only two and a fold out in living area, the twin room has no Tv so for kids may want to bring a laptop for eves., parking is away from Villas, but it makes for a nice area with the gardens to walk . The Villas are all stairs so no handicap in wheel chair accessible, My only and BIGGEST problems was a permanent (I think) resident who yelled at us in the morning at 5:30am when we were going out to go to our fishing charter said we were loud but we were whispering, and when we were leaving she complained again, so whatever cranky lady its a fishing island, take what you will with her. And this was gross 5 guys were in the pool when we walked up to it, and one was exposing himself sexually to the others, needless to say we ran them off!
  : Not a morning place, better be quiet in morning a crabby lady lives there!

  : No noise at all. Private stand alone pod like octagonal shaped cabin. Well stocked kitchen and great family atmosphere Not many places feel homelike anymore - this one has this great feeling No beach but awesome for fishing or boating
  : Stairs to cabin - they have on the ground rooms toono facilities such as restaurant No daily cleaning (extra $60 per cleaning)Needs updates a 3.5 - 3.8 star accommodations but can easily be 4 star with updated renovations such as new tubs and tiles in bathrooms, new mattress pads and linens, better pillows, and services to get locked kayaks after 5 pm. There's no one to talk to after 5 pm except for emergencies

  : loved being right on the water, convenient location, great facilities and beautiful well kept grounds. Enjoyed using the bikes, pool, kayaks, and ping pong table!
  : traffic noise was bothersome.
