  : The towel reservations on chairs is absolutely ridiculous. Should be better monitored and removed. People reserve chairs at 7 am and never show up. Restaurants and capacity management could be vastly improved - was too crowded for food places to manage , both casual grab and go and also sit down dining

  : I thought that the staff was extremely professional, helpful and very good at their jobs. I also felt everything was very clean and organized.
  : Our room cost upwards of $1000 per night and we had to wait in line like fools for a chair around the pool. It seems that either the hotel is overbooked or someone needs to figure out how to assure that each guest is given equal opportunity for a seat at the pool or beach. Each day I was there I had to wait in line before my family woke up so that we could have a seat. I watched multiple people, take control of multiple lawn chairs and then never returned for the entire day. It seems the system is rigged and felt a bit elitist. The chairs and the accommodations, including the cleanliness of the bathrooms was exceptional. But along with other guests, we were speaking with, we cannot figure out why the heck you would have to wait in line for lawn chairs, and then not enforce the rule about needing to be present at least most of the day. We saw many people, frustrated and angry because they couldn’t find somewhere . What kind of hotel has such an expensive rate but then does not guarantee you have a seat by the pool that you paid for?

  : the terrible room cleaning service they don't change the bed sheets the sheets with holes they don't put water in the fridge if you ask for breakfast they don't bring water in short the worst thing is super unpleasant tremendous chlorine stink in the room in the children's pool a worker cleaning the pool tiles with chlorine during children's time, bathing there, a disaster, I don't recommend it to anyone, I had to leave a day earlier than planned and they still haven't refunded me any of the money, a lack of respect for the people don't go there so they don't have a bad time

  : Every day they attempted to authorize the FULL amount of my total stay repeatedly each day, unnecessarily locking additional credit on the card on file. Although the authorizations do fall off eventually, it only happens 3-5 business days AFTER you check out. Completely ridiculous and unnecessary.
