  : I made this reservation for my partner. My partner reported that his breakfast was good. The room was clean. One of the women representing the front desk was very helpful the day of checking out. Her name is Michelle. She helped us retrieve a few items that were left in the room. Michelle and I worked together to get those items back to us. Thank you, Michelle~
  : The LOCATION was more than DIFFICULT to find despite the fact that it appeared to be right off of the highway. The clerk said he could not find a PAID RESERVATION when my partner arrived about 10pm. He was so tired and road weary that he said that he thought that he was going to have to sleep in his vehicle. The SNAFU took a long time to resolve: More than 40 minutes with me speaking to the clerk from my telephone NOT at the hotel. Clerk said that someone had already checked in for that reservation. Understand that I helped my partner by booking this paid reservation. Suddenly this clerk "found" that paid for reservation. All local food places were closed by the time the clerk sorted this out. The weary traveler went hungry except for something from a vending machine. This was a terrible experience for both of us. I thought he would arrive, get the key to his room and then get something to eat, followed by a good night's rest. We cannot recommend this particular Best Western. We were not offered nor compensated for this UNWELCOMING EXPERIENCE. Shame on this Best Western for dropping the ball at the Best Western Ballpark Hotel Marietta Georgia: We paid for a room and a good night's rest. We deserved better than we received!

  : Hotel room was fine.Bed was comfortable
  : Breakfast was gross and bare minimum. Had barking dog in the room next to us. For this kind cheap/ low quality hotel we had to put a 100 dollar deposit down after we already paid in advance. I mean, we never get asked that in all the places we stay and this minimal roadside hotel does. It was almost laughable.Staff was ok, didn’t speak to us or acknowledge us. It was really stand off ish and weird. Pillows for the bed were not good. Clumpy material.

  : The only thing I thought was ok was the breakfast minus she needed help. Air in the room sucked, hair in bed, and you could tell the top of tables weren’t even wiped down
