  : Location, free breakfast
  : Hot tub was under construction , just like it was last year when we came. If it isnt going to get fixed, they should take it off their amenities list. Hotel in general, wasnt very clean. Hair all over my sheets & in the tub & bathroom floor.

  : They reimbursed us for our 2nd night.
  : Pool & hot tub not working. Knocked on our door at 8:30 & 10:00 to ask when we were leaving. I was told that check out was 11:00 even though the website and our reservation said it was noon.

  : There was no one at the reception desk when I checked in, I had to use a phone on the desk to call a person to the front desk. I was waiting for 10 minutes before a person came down to check me in. Their pool was listed as usable on the website at time of booking. Upon asking why the pool was missing about a 1ft of water they said it was unavailable for use because they were doing renovations, but there was no signage anywhere of being under construction. I could not understand the receptionist as he was too quiet in speaking and had absolutely no interest in being friendly. As I walked into my room and opened the mini fridge, the bottom was filthy. The microwave had not been cleaned, there was no Kleenex in the holder, the key to safe in my room was bent and I was afraid to put anything in it for the possibility I would not be able to get it open. The bathroom door handle FELL OFF as I went to use the bathroom. I had to spend 5 minutes to convince someone from the hotel to come look at the door knob and just wanted it fixed. All it needed was to be tightened, that was it. On top of the literal door jam, was FALLING OUT OF THE DOOR. This stay was absolutely NOT worth the price I paid for. I will never book the hotel again.

  : The hotel website said 2 queen beds. It had 2 Full Size beds. The entire building is filthy dirty and the room is no better. The Continental breakfast both containers of syrup were empty. The hot eggs and breakfast patties were like warm at best.
