  : I did not like that fact we had no hot water. I wasn’t taking a cold shower nor was my guests. I didn’t like that I couldn’t control the air. So temps dropped at night at about 48 degrees. So it was freezing the next morning. Air was still going. I couldn’t turn off.

  : I didn't like that I was supposed to have 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa. Did not provide what I paid for. The owner was argumentative did not fix the issues. 1st day wasted trying to get showers working.

  : The staff was very rude. Also, the location was not in the best of places to say the least. It was conveniently close to Kings Island, but also in the backyard of a McDonalds. It harshly lacks the cabin, and camping atmosphere.

  : DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked this place because of it location to kings island (and because of the pictures I saw on line looked like a nice place) which we went to first but got caught in a massive storm and we’re soaked. So we went to the cabin to check in and dry out. We were told we could not check in until 4pm (it was 2) after showing the clerk an email they had sent me speaking of earlier check in and finally speaking to a mgr who had to teach her correctly we finally got in our cabin for 20 extra dollars! This put our bill for one night at 360 dollars to put that in comparison we could have stayed at French lick resort for that price! Please see the pictures below of what we walked into! The place is dirty! Dirt on walls, dirty sheets, dirty pillows, bugs everywhere!!! Large crack in front door allowing more bugs to come in… the roof has a crack in it too! The upstairs loft it about 3 feet in height so you literally have to crawl from the stairs to the mattress that’s sitting on the floor! The pillows are large and uncomfortable and When I asked for a refund so me and my family could go somewhere else I was told no refunds! Absolute miserable stay!!!
