  : Someone stole money and property from room and I was overcharged. Lady purposely told me to come at later date to have manager say to much time had passed. Overcharged twice and corrected once they are supposed to price match. Someone in roof area harassing tenants and loud vocal coming from area at Baymont area in harassment. Calling women prostitutes and soliciting them. I was called one several times. Theft not appreciated either. Someone keying rooms with stolen from another hotel using master key forcing us to enter the office. Unprofessionalism in staff and the way money kept. Charging others $20 to stay believed its the son while we pay more. They need auditing and inspection if rooms and rooftop area. Weird noises from air conditioning. (Directional speakers and vermin in roof area heard by all)Maybe someone is sabotaging but Baymont noise factor adds to uncomfortable nature of Super 8 (both McDonough, GA).Cameras said to be nonfunctional which reduces safety. People posing as police and pest control. Feces smell in my room with Marijuana smell. 200.00 stolen from me.Not honoring price matching or point earning system. Keys constantly not working. Dirty rooms.We all deserve free nights with the circumstances, harassment and inconvenience. However, I only assert the request for mine per the amount if money I have spent. I am a rape victim only here because dinestic violence shelters are full and they refused me further assistance so I am paying.

  : We was treated horrible we was kicked out and we had to sleep in our vehicles. The hotel kept the money that we paid for the room.
