  : The room is what we expected, although it's missing like pen and paper to write a note for the housekeeper to say thank you, no power outlet between the 2 bed, no bible but it's not a deal breaker for me. but the shampoo and hair conditioner improved also the additional sink is really good addition. so all in all it is good for me.
  : The Black lady with blonde hair in the kitchen is out of line, I just don't want it to be a big deal, because my wife used to worked in Hyatt place in PA, and because I am an engineer and I know how to be professional. 1st encounter me my wife and my son went to the kitchen to get a breakfast, since i am the first one i took the plastic with complete utensils and then she just took it from my hand without saying excuse me or explanation she just replaced it with fork and spoon, if that is not suppose to be use by customer they should be hidden somewhere, then she said to me that Ladies First and i should let my wife first, I do agree but not because i walked fast and for 31 years of marriage we became best friend so not everyday i can be a perfect, and that is unfair to judge me as a person because of that, also I know that is not included in a customer service book. but the worst part is when she told my 17 yr old minor son to not to like his dad. she doesn't even know me, I am an engineer my 3 kids are all college graduate and all professional now, my son who she talked to is having a training in Harvard med school and that's the reason why we are there. For 31 years of marriage and an accomplishment of all my kids i think I am not a bad person, she even told every adult where to enter and where to exit, if you happen to enter in what she assigned as an exit she will ask you to go around, that's fine if there is a sign but without it she should not let those adult go around to what she personally assigned entrance, 2nd day I intentionally go first and then she told me I am consistent and she never give me the plate and give it to my wife, so we were thinking what is wrong with this woman, I didn't do anything bad to her. Please just let her know what a customer service is all about and what is out of line, like the personal life of your guest, that's all I want I don't want her to be in real trouble. Thank you

  : BREAKFAST WAS GREAT EVERYDAY EXCEPT BEING HANDED MY UTENSILS TO EAT WITH.
  : BED WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
