  : It was roomy, stylish, and clean!
  : Ask for a room above the first floor. We were woken up very early to what sounded like a conference being held above our head. Learned that the gym was above our head. What an awful surprise! Coffee shop has poor selection of alternative milks and sugar-free options. Sadly I went down the street for my coffee.

  : The location was great, walking distance to the Mississippi and Beale Street. The room decor was one of my favorites, modern, industrial.
  : I am unsure if this was a hotel or dog park? A dog friendly hotel is one thing, a dog’s on the furniture with their noses in your breakfast is another. Do I even have to mention the dog shake where you can see that fur flying and dander in the sun as you are eating avocado toast? My significant other asked as we left why I booked us at the “dog palace.” If a dog palace is what you are hoping for, this is your place if not, stay at the Peabody!

  : Loved our stay there. The room and facilities were excellent.
  : Two little grumbles: no coffee/tea making facilities in the room which were compounded by the fact that coffee and tea are not available after the coffee bar shuts, either at the bar or in the restaurant. Also, no restaurant menu in the room.

  : I LOVE this property! From cleanliness to the friendly staff...the refreshing water in the lobby...I could go on. The only thing mentioned by my spouse was that the open shower made his shower a bit unconfortable from being cold. I appreciated the vintage feel of the room...very clean! There was a light dog smell when we checked in on the first floor and elevator but it's expected sometimes at a dog friendly property...the following morning the smell was gone. I assumed the staff for overnight may have enjoyed their holiday and being a pet owner myself I know they can be nervous near and on elevators. Thanks for the great stay...I will be back.
  : Pet smell on first floor at check in...late check in around 8pm. Also barking dogs a few doors down.
