  : The pictures in the advertisement are completely dishonest...The room they put us in was filthy to put it mild! We received a text 2 hours before arrival that they had to change the room, when we called to complain about the unit and the dirty sheets upon arrival we were told they had no other available units! Literally we were stuck in a filth hole for 4 nights, but we weren't alone on top of it all its infested with roaches!!!!!

  : When we arrived we received two different room number in the email. 1004 and 1009. And the door code did not work for either rooms! Wasted so much of our time dealing with that. Finally getting in to the room it was over 80 degrees inside and to our surprise there was absolutely NO AC!! We had to either freeze with the sliding door open or burn up with it closed. There was black hairs all over the bed, floor in the bathroom, finger nails in the bathroom on the floor behind the door and what looks like blood on the bathroom door. The towel and linens smelled like they had been washed with a puppy blanket. The shower was a battle between hot and cold water and we could never get it to a comfortable temperature. There is a very strong smell of mold. So strong that they blanket and pillow I travel with I’ve had to to stop and buy trash bags to put them in.

  : I liked the location and staff of the Renew building. Close access to downtown and Beale street.
  : Where do I start? I was not given the code for entry into the building which turned out to be extremely inconvenient. The room was a mess when I got there. Looked like someone literally checked out an hour before we checked in. Bed was unmade, towels laying all over apartment, food particles on the floor, and pee stains on toilet seat. This was my first AirBnb experience so I did not get any photos of the room. At the time, I just wanted to make sure my lady enjoyed her time here so I cleaned up so she didn’t have to see what I saw. I arrived first so I had a little time to do so.
