Policies

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Siegel Select Memphis in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Cleaning services are based upon the number of nights stayed. For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more. For a stay of 7 nights or fewer, a cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Contact the hotel for more details.

Towels and linens are available at the front reception.

A valid credit card is required at check-in.
