  : There isn’t anything in the room that lets you know the WiFi password, when breakfast is served, or where the ice machine is located. I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t have a little welcome sign at least. All rooms say they have refrigerators and coffee makers on the website, but hey have removed them from rooms that are not “deluxe” - need to update the website All plastic disposable items for breakfast service - with styrofoam plates - which are banned in California.

  : Breakfast room was very nice and clean, and the attendant very helpful. Items were only medium tasty, on the whole. Eggs needed salt. To their credit, there were, however a variety of items.
  : Four family members in each room (stated in booking), got only 2 towels. Shower curtain in one room's shower was too short, so the floor got flooded. Specifically asked for enough towels to be supplied before second night, and beds to be made up, and shower curtain changed out. Nothing was done. Beds not made, towels not refreshed, towels not delivered, etc. Only then was I told at the desk that they only clean rooms once every 3 days. This was not stated ANYWHERE at their website, check-in, etc. Additionally, they pulled out the book where the morning desk worker writes requests. I had seen him pull it out and prepare to write my requests down; they showed me in the evening that nothing was written there about our rooms. TV in the room next to us was playing all night (thin walls?) and the characters wandering through the parking lot didn't look well or trustworthy.The management will undoubtedly write their standard "It is our goal to provide an excellent stay for our guests." That doesn't fix the situation. I didn't bother to request a refund; it seemed they were not open to doing anything except the desk worker saying sorry, and restating their "every 3 days" rule that was written or stated nowhere.

  : I killed 2 cockroaches and 3 flies in my room during my stay. I hope none of them crawled in my suitcase because they are very hard to get rid of.
