  : Bathroom tub leaks like crazy, dirty tub, baseboard on dishwasher was broke. Pillows on couch very old faded and linty. Pull out thing under the counter in kitchen was old marked up needs to be replaced. Water leaks in the bathroom ceiling need to be fixed asap. I asked when booking not to be put on the low level and they put me there anyway when the top level was available and they gave it to the people who checked in after me

  : we were told a different price in a different room at the time of booking I had to upgrade the room for $450 more the room that was showed on the Internet was not the room that they gave us so I had to pay $450 more and it still was not what I expected im booking.com the swimming pool was not a great experience for kids there were people in there having sex which were gay people and no I do not have nothing against gay people but they should go to the hotel room and not enough public swimming pool that goes for anyone we were almost going to leave the facility when we booked in because of the room wasn’t what we expected parking was terrible I paid $50 a night and then it went up to 60 then it went up to 80 every five hours unexpected ridiculous amount of money for parking

  : The location was good as far as food goes.
  : the receptionists were not very kind. They put us on the second floor right next to the music that is jamming from 11am to 2am. We called Friday night to have a room changes lady said the rooms were all booked but she will try Saturday morning and would give us a call by 10. Well, that never happened. It also mentions that it includes breakfast $15 a person. When we asked about this they told us they didn’t have it there. No housekeeping until you leave to clean the room. Def don’t recommend anyone staying here.

  : ideal location (although loud) right in the heart of ocean drive in south beach, spacious apartment with room to cook and work, comfortable firm bed, easy access to valet parking, pool and beach
  : shower and tub were falling apart and didn't drain well, very minimal kitchen pans and no cooking basics provided, can be VERY Loud at night
