  : There was no door key the staff could not get us a key because this was an air bnb. The elevator key is to get on and off the elevator use the pool and excersise room. I told the host he never got back with me. We had to wait for someone to get off the elevator b4 we could go to our room. Just book directly with this hotel it's not worth the hassle.

  : We were very happy with both the room and location. Very clean, comfortable, ample towels, huge balcony, which we spent many hours on. Check in was easy. Communications answered quickly. Although we did not use them, there were beach chairs, umbrella and other beach items available.
  : Could use a fresh coat of paint. A kitchen towel would be nice. Also you can not use the hotel bikes unless you are booked through the hotel. Things outside of the owners control, only one elevator works and the ice machine down the hall did not work.

  : I loved the location of the hotel/apartment. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. I liked having a balcony to sit on, the pool and hot tub were nice to relax by also. Front Porch Cafe Restaurant/bar attached to hotel will make drinks to go, we had breakfast and dinner there, dinner was better.
  : You can't ask hotel staff for anything, they are there to check in hotel guests only, not assist or help the airbnb/vrbo/apartment guests (The Valet has the key to elevator & pool doors) The notes in emails are confusing, one said the key would be in the safe, the other said to go to valet) The key doesn't access the outdoor pool door, only hallway entry.

  : The location was nice, near the beach and shops, but they do give you an incorrect address of Ocean Drive, which puts you at the restaurant, not on Collins where the entrance to the hotel is located.
  : We were told the room would be ready early, The code we were given did not work at 10:30 am, it did work after ll:00 am but the room had not been cleaned and there was no elevator key. The owner never did apologize ,he said the previous tenant wanted an extended stay and they accommodated because that is how they made their money. He basically said we should be grateful we at least were in a room before noon, not that we could leave without a elevator key because the hotel receptionist would not let us in again so we had to wait over an hour for the cleaner to come to clean the room and give us an elevator key. This rather set the tone for the time we spent there. We were asked when we would check out, I said between 11:30 and noon. Was told that was perfect. At 11am , the next tenants were there trying to enter the unit, they were told it would be ready. We did hurry and vacate the unit so they could enter, they obviously had to wait to have the unit cleaned and their code didn't work, so we gave them ours before we left, along with the elevator keky.

  : The property is an apartment with entrances on Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. it has the Front Porch cafe serving food all day and has a private pool accessed via level 2. The accommodation is stylish and vintage.
