  : Location is very good, and room size is enough and room is cozy, art deco style decorated. Staff was helpful.
  : Room was not clean, there were some hair on the bathroom wall and dead mosquitos on the wall. There were dust on the ground. There is no shelves on the bathroom to put shampoo, shower gel and nowhere to hang our towels.

  : The room was comfortable but a bit on the small side. Bathroom was tiny and the toilet was ancient.
  : The room air conditioner was adequate but the hallways were uncomfortably hot. The lighting in the room and specially in the hallway could be better.

  : The hotel is an amazing location, very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. You almost don't need a car if you plan to stay only in the area. Also, the jacuzzi and small garden in the back look absolutely lovely. Unfortunately we forgot about it and didn't get to actually use it, but it's definitely worth spending time there as also it's usually quite empty. The staff was lovely, super friendly and helpful and the lobby of the hotel looks very classy and cozy. It was great that they provided towels and sun beds to a nearby beach. They also helped us with a monitored parking space which was great given the busy area and the lack of public parking spaces, even tho it wasn't free/included in the accommodation price.
  : While i loved the vintage touch of the hotel in the lobby and in the rooms, the furniture in the room could use a little bit of care and reconditioning. It is quite wobbly and it feels like it almost breaks when you touch it. The bathroom door was broken as it didn't close properly and some of the bulb lights were not working. Also, the bathroom products are of a quite bad quality and have a weird smell and texture. I'm sure that with these details sorted out, it will be a 10/10 experience staying here. :)

  : We love everything about this venue. Start with location. Matched by the buildings art deco design and Hollywood history. Hidden sunken zen garden with splash pool. The most exquisite French restaurant in Miami.
  : Nothing! We were just disappointed that Pied Terre was (unfortunately) temporarily closed. Looking forward to our return.

  : Not well adapted for work travel. Bed was to soft/deformed, lack of plugs in the room (no usb nor adapters to borrow), difficulties to get a proper invoice. Spa; really?

  : Ive stayed here many times, however, after Covid it seems that Cadet Hotel has found it necessary to cut costs by eliminating the telephone, beds and pillows that are less than comfortable, dimly lit bathroom with a shelf directly over the sink, the toilet a few inches away from a wall, a hair dryer that barely functions, and no shelves in shower.The staff is wonderful; friendly, helpful.The restaurant was only opened in the morning.I could not figure out how to use the tv, so it was pretty non-existent.Other than that, I love the location and it is quiet and very clean.
