  : Beautiful art deco decor. Large ground floor space and lovely environment created by the look and finish of the place. Great location
  : Although the hotel was accessible. The external lift was not entirely adequate for 2 people to enter the lift, which is required if there is no one present from the hotel to operate the lift at the bottom and the top. The chairs near the lift are also obstructive of the path between the lift and the entrance of the hotel.The internal lift is also limited in space and can only really comfortably accommodate someone in a wheelchair and their carer. The lift doors do not stay open long enough to enter or exit the lift, very difficult when you move at a normal pace for wheelchairs and carers.We had booked and prepaid for both rooms, which were both premium rooms, therefore booked and paid at this rate for a reason i.e bed size, room space and breakfast included. However at check in the woman on reception quite curtly expressed that we do not have breakfast included. She expressed this without checking our details thoroughly. She was then asked by my partner to check our details and told that she would find that breakfast was actually included. However at breakfast the server needed to check and the details on the system had not been updated to state that breakfast was included. Then upon check out we had an additional $100 on our room bill for breakfast, which again needed to be checked and correctly updated to show that it was actually included.Poor communication, poor assumptions, not good service.However the individual who greeted us upon arrival was very helpful and upon leaving was exceptionally helpful. The gentlemen who helped take our luggage to the rooms was very kind and helpful too. We were very grateful.

  : Authentic art deco hotel in a great location.
  : Restrictions, noise and general inconvenience caused by Miami Swim Week events in the hotel. Areas of the hotel, pool and bars were inaccessible during our stay. This was not mentioned when we booked the hotel or even checked in. Our overall rating would have been higher if it were not for this. Ultimately we were not able to use the full facilities of the hotel and therefore we did not get value for money during our stay. It’s a pity as the hotel in other ways was very good.

  : The location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants close by and it's away from the madness of Ocean Drive. The pool area is great and it has a great pool bar.
  : Nothing i didn't like. The only suggestion I have is that towels should be available earlier at the beach e.g. at close to 10am people are sitting on sun loungers awaiting the arrival of towels. This is quite late given a lot of people like to go to the beach early to avoid the heat of midday
