  : The front desk agent (Andrea) who checked me in was very sweet and welcoming, in addition Having Nobu restaurant within the hotel was an added value as it's one of my favorites.
  : The hotel shares the lobby and the facilities with Eden Roc Miami Beach, the moment I walked through the dated, lobby, I could tell this hotel was not up to the standards I expected, especially at the premium nightly rate. The common areas felt dark, gloomy, and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture was worn and the decor appeared decades old, completely misaligned with the modern, sophisticated aesthetic of the rooms.Hoping the guest rooms would redeem the overall experience, I made my way up to my accommodations. Although the room itself was reasonably clean and the bedding comfortable, the room felt very small.

  : Conveniently located away from South Beach but still close to airport, great restaurants and beachfront. Lou at the lobby bar is great and even remembered my sister and I from last years stay, we can’t say enough kind things about him!
  : We stayed here a year ago and had a great time, we decided to come back. This time it didn’t meet the same expectations. Our room had a horrible light that flashed from the fire alarm, we presume, every few minutes which made it challenging to sleep. The Nobu pool only had one attendant coming around and while the food and drinks came faster we would’ve ordered more had someone came around more often and not every couple of hours. Additionally, there aren’t enough umbrellas to go around the pools - if someone wants an umbrella up there should be one for each and every lounger. Our biggest complaint is that on our last night of stay the restaurants serving the pool and beach were out of nearly all of their food and drinks and it was 1 pm, as it turns out the entire hotel had been rented out for the last two weeks of the month so they basically didn’t get the deliveries they normally would get. Thus we didn’t eat all day until dinner and couldn’t actually enjoy the facilities. Then the next morning we woke up to a note that had been slid under our door stating we had to leave the hotel by 11 am and that there would be no food from Ocean Social or in room service, we could use the pool but only until 11 am at which point we would be asked to leave. We had a late night flight that evening at 8 pm and had planned to spend it at the pool grabbing food and drinks, this was a major issue and inconvenience that we should have been notified upon booking, at arrival or at any point besides the morning of departure. We had to make alternative plans as a result which was costly and really ruined the overall experience and stay we had at Nobu. The whole year prior I’d spent telling anyone who mentioned Miami to book at the Nobu hotel because of what a great time we had in 2023.
