: I liked the studio. There was air conditioning and two fans with lights for plenty of circulation. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and kitchen were in good shape.
: I think a small part of the toile floor near the edge of the bed was cracked and dented downward. Sometimes I stepped into it by accident and kind of felt my feet sink under the floor.

: The property has everything you need and more, lots of added extra bits and nice little touches like coffee, tea, sugar, toiletries. Fully equipped and very clean. The owner is lovely and very helpful, we had a bit of trouble with the car parking and Susanna sorted it out straight away and was very helpful.
: There was a few bits of wear and tear on the property, broken tile under the carpet was the main one near the bathroom but it didnt cause any damage to your feet as it was under the carpet. overall the property is clean tidy and exactly what you need. The neighbours are a nightmare though, very loud and arguing most nights and smashing things at 1,2 and 3am, it was so bad at one point that we considered calling the police. We had several nights of very little sleep due to this and it was pretty much like clockwork when the domestic would start. The only night we got so peace and quiet was valentines night, they swapped the arguing for a very loud TV. This is no reflection on the owner though as she has made a lovely little place to stay for good value. I suppose it is luck if the drawer with neighbours.

: The location is the only good point of the property and at the same time it is bad, as it is right in front of the main avenue and there is no insulation system in the apartment. The building and apartment are old, not maintained and the noise inside is unbearable. we had to buy earmuffs and sleep with them, we left the property ahead of schedule and paid for it.

The apartment is old, the kitchen and bathroom are disgusting, full of mold and dirt, the ceiling is full of seepage. The stove is leaking gas and we talked to the owner and he said it was normal. We left the property ahead of schedule. I do not indicate the location, there are several hotels in the same neighborhood for the same price or even cheaper. The apartment is the first on the edge, right in front of the street, so the noise is extreme and the apartment is also on the side of the elevator, everyone who goes up passes right next to your bed while you try to sleep. They should be banned from Booking for renting something so terrible.
