  : The hotel was in a great location in Miami , the hotel was great actually . The private OWNER FOR THIS ROOM IS WHAT I AM RATING . I give them a 1.5 due to having towels . Other amenities and furniture T.Vs outdated . The TVs do not work . In non of the rooms . The toilet DO NOT FLUSH IN THE MASTER BATHROOM . . The jets in the tub DIRTY AND DO NOT WORK. There is BUGS . I looked in the other rooms that are not privately owned . It is beautiful . Everything is UPDATED and cleaned . I paid 1400 for this room for 4 nights and was not satisfied at all .

  : Felt the apartment could use updating. Very noisy refrigerator, lighting was poor, furnishings weren’t exciting.

  : Nothing really. Stay away from this place.
  : The service from SCoast team who manages bookings, check-ins, check out and support was appalling. The concept of customer service is completely foreign to them. One sink was clogged and not repaired, despire our request One toilet flush was malfunctioning and not repaired. The building was (again) under construction and the common areas looked more like a war zone than a luxury Hotel. 2 elevators for 17 floors meant that waiting lines could be as long as 20 minutes. Security was questionable , as fire escape stairs ended up on locked doors
