  : Little dirty when we went in, no hot water available for the week, elevators were always really packed so long lines to get on an elevator. Gym was very old and rusty.

  : The location was perfect. The layout of the apartment was perfect. The beds were comfortable.
  : First and foremost, the apartment was not clean. The floors were dirty: our bare feet became black after only a few minutes walking on the tile. We wore shoes the entire time, including immediately after getting out of the shower. Hairs that were not ours on the bathroom walls and floors, and on some of the linens. Miscellaneous food scraps (not ours) on the floors. Kitchen and bathroom surfaces not clean. Stains on some of the sheets, comforter, and towels. No bath mats so we had to use hand towels. No kitchen towels. Kitchen and bathrooms are very dated: probably need gutting. Shower tiles not clean (mold?). Bathtub and shower soap holders had soap residue from prior occupants. Curtain in twin bedroom is broken. Outside outlet does not work. 2 legs on the table on the balcony rusted and broken off (about 2 inches) made the table not level. Dish rack in kitchen and shower caddy in master bath are rusty. No shower caddy in other bath. Not enough places to hang towels. Light switch on lamp in master bedroom did not work: we had to unscrew the light bulb to turn it off. No light in the master dressing area and only one bulb working in the second bath. Three kitchen cabinet door knobs missing. Some furniture is not it good condition at all. Items not to code: none of the outlets near any of the sinks have a GFI, the master bath tub faucets (hot and clod) not to code, one outlet in the master bedroom is dangerously broken.

  : You have the beach right on the back of hotel, only 5 min walk. Apartment was spacious and had a very equipped kitchen in case you want to cook a meal there. Bathrooms were clean as well as kitchen. I would say it was cozy if it wasn’t for the freezing temperature.
  : Pool bar is great, but pricey. Be aware that they do not let you bring any drinks to pool and you also cannot walk through hotel with a cooler to the beach, you have to go all the way around to where the Public parking is if you want to bring your own drinks. Room was very cold and I tried contacting the person that was noted as the contact, but I never heard back on how to adjust temperature.

  : very old apartment. broken chairs. dirty sofas and carpet. dirty bathrooms and kitchen. The fidgeter not working. broken mattresses.no one is there to help and fix the apartment. they disappear after they got paid. very bad experience.

  : The property was very nice one of our apartments was a bit more updated than the other, but both were adequate. We were five minutes from SOBE and the staff did not disappoint. Our property manager was also very helpful and responsive.
  : The Valet is kind of steep but the valet guys really make you feel like it’s worth it.
