  : I like the location of the property.
  : I didn’t like that the property didn’t feel comfortably clean. The sofa was filthy, the bed was uncomfortable, there was nets all through the property, the bathroom didn’t have no place to put your shower toiletries, the shower water was lukewarm and the terrace was filthy in which we couldn’t enjoy it if we wanted too. Also, this property is a scammer as they will charge you for using their towels and linens when it says included. They sent me photos of dirty towels on the floor and tiny hair grease stain on the pillowcase and said the items was damage and can’t be re-used. If you book and want your deposit back in full, have you own linen and towels because they take your money for normal usage.

  : The location was excellent! Very close to the beach and the night life. The apartment could have been cleaner and the floors were a bit dirty. Don't expect a lot from this place. You get what you pay for.
  : The host charged us an $80 deposit for towels that were never washed after we left and they claimed that the towels were permanently damaged. Yet, when asked for pictures of the washed towels, they could not provide one. The towels were dirty from normal use and they choose to charge us $80 for unwashed towels.

  : Location was great and the apartment was very cleanSouth Beach and strip was walking distance which was great. For the price i couldn't have ask for more The staff was hreat always checking to make sure we had everything we need Will definitely return
  : We had to buy a blender for our smoothies and parking near the apartment is very expensive. We found a parking garage which was kinda far but only 20 a day. Wish parking was some how included. But we do know for next time.

  : my intentions of getting a property with a whole kitchen was to use it. the fridge was not working and the property was not getting the issue resolved. they offered a $50 refund for it, as if that would pay the frustration or the food we wasted because of the inability of use the fridge. i spend every day on the phone trying to get them fixing the problem or offering a better solution for it. I could not have cold drinks or cook because I could not use the fridge. the cleaning was poor, dust everywhere, bathroom was not smelling good either also the place was not as the pictures on the description so I feel the whole things was a scam.as I had problem with the property I had a feeling they would try to hold my security deposit of $200, and so they did. they claimed they could not use the duvet and the bed covers again (which I think you not suppose to, once you should offer clean bed sheets/duvet/blanket/covers and towels for the new guests to come) because we damaged them…sure enough before I checked out I took pictures and made videos of how we left the place just in case they would cause any trouble, so after they charged us for the “damage” I called the booking and asked them for prove of what they were claiming, after that they had not other options besides apologizing and refunding me in full my deposit. they will never see me again, I had a very unpleasant stay at this property.
