This is a 100% non-smoking property. The penalty of $250 applies for smoking on-site and will be charged to the guest's card on file.

Pets are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs and an additional $250 pet incidentals deposit (per pet) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon successful room inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times.

Please note that there is no on-site parking. Public parking garages with daily fees are located near the property.

This property has four buildings which are within a short walk of each other. Room/building assignment is based upon availability. In addition to the main location, guests may be assigned rooms in buildings at 8320 Harding Avenue, 7600 Harding Avenue, or 240 76th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33141. Incidental Hold is $100 per night, during check-in with a major credit card (maximum $500 for any stay over 5 nights).
