  : Had to call room service multiple times for towels, no breakfast or coffee provided, NO PARKING PROVIDED, some furniture in room needs to be updated, no privacy for shower

  : I was very pleased with the ambiance and decor of this hotel. We stayed in one of the penthouse suite.. the two balconies were such an added bonus. Very luxurious for an affordable price.
  : The parking situation was less desirable with limited spaces. Best to park inside the deck or pay for parking alongside the side (which could add up quickly!)

  : The location was great as we wanted access to Soho Beach House. The size of the room was great value for what we paid. However, it lacked proper room styling. Random furniture pieces put together and not really laid out properly.
  : It was impossible to get someone on the phone. We were told the manager was away so check in took forever. At check out we were asked if we had the room keys, and we confirmed we left them in the room. To our surprise they didn't find them and their policy was news to us when saw the credit card fee later. They charge for any keys not returned. They also claimed that we stained the sheets and charged us for them. When I asked for photo proof they were never provided and I had to fight this charge with our credit card.

  : The spa bath was amazing! Bed was super comfy and location is really convenient and close to the beach.
  : I think this is fixable: the fridge makes a lot of noise. Also there's some brekafast even though it's not shown here, but is not as good as one would expect, but included :)

  : It was ok till loud alarms start going off at 2am that lasted till 6am. I was so mad!

  : Poor maintenance and the external style of the building is totally different from the internal decoration. Everything inside is purple, silver and mirrors
