  : The location is perfect, but overall I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to a friend. The structure is not up to European standards, despite being advertised as a three-star.The hotel is located on a quiet street, 2-3 minutes' walk from Washington Ave, Collins Ave, and Ocean Drive, where there are numerous shops and supermarkets. It's a 10-minute walk to Espanola Way (restaurants), 15 minutes to Lincoln Road (shops), and 10 minutes to a well-stocked Whole Foods Market with a tavola calda service where you can buy fresh, cooked food ready to eat.However, this was the only positive aspect. Apart from Ms. Alexandra at reception, who was kind and helpful, communication with the rest of the staff, especially in English, was terrible—both face-to-face and via email. We had to send three emails over two weeks to finally get a response.
  : The building has no elevator, and the rooms are only on the second floor and above, so luggage must be carried up the stairs. The room is not particularly spacious, and the photos are misleading. The wardrobe is barely sufficient for a few clothes and there are few hangers. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: we found clumps of hair near the sofa and dust on the TV stand. Two drawers were swollen with humidity and smelled of mould, which is understandable given Miami's climate. The buildings in Miami are made of drywall, so you can hear the noise from the guests in the adjacent rooms. In our case, the room had an internal connecting door to the other one. Basically, it was as if we were in the same room as the neighbours.The kitchen is poorly equipped, with barely enough cutlery for two people. There wasn't even a small table to eat at, despite having a cooker and microwave available in the room. The pans were still greasy from the previous guests.Housekeeping and linen change services are not included, nor is the supply of everyday items like shampoo, shower gel, or toilet paper. This service can be provided to you upon request for an extra $25. This isn't an issue for who staying 1-2 nights, but for longer stays, it's something to be consider.Parking is not available at the property, but this is an issue you will encounter throughout South Miami Beach
