  : The condo was right above a restaurant (which had good food), making it noisy from 9am to 11pm each day (especially the loud music).

  : - Property description/photos do not match the actual room. The size of "apartment" is listed as 500 sq feet. In reality the entire space including a tiny "kitchenette" and bathroom is almost twice as small at 290 sq. feet - we measured it. Property was listed under "Apartment with Ocean view". In reality the view was to the side of neighboring property. When we called the virtual manager Sanjay, he said "Let me see what I can do '' and stopped replying to our messages.- This place is run remotely - via email or messages. There is 0 amount of services. Nobody is there to store luggage or provide extra towels. No cleaning. If there is an issue, most likely it will not be resolved.- “Queen” bed was too small. We were forced to use extremely uncomfortable/hard sofa bed.- There is a very bad odor inside "apartment”, but it's impossible to open any window in order to get fresh air.- If somebody on the upper floor is walking - the noise from their steps are amplified somehow and makes a terrible noise - ear plugs do not help. especially unpleasant in the middle of the night at 2am when people are coming from a bar or leaving early in the morning.- "Cleaning fees" of $175 are highest there in Miami beach.- There is no closet. There is not a single towel hanger anywhere.- The window in kitchenet does not has any blinds or curtains - place is uncomfortably bright in the morning.- Coffee maker is without coffee jag and filters - useless.The listed address "1101 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach" is bogus. It does not exist. Google map points to Lummus park. We were directed to the actual property at "1200 Ocean Drive" under SoBeNy management via a message the day before arrival. The most likely explanation is that there is another listing "SoBeNY 12th and Ocean Suites" for that address, which accumulated lots of negative similar to this one.

  : could hear music in other apartments. Booking com was supposed to get us 20% off but didn’t. Staff not too flexible about check-out.
