: The location was perfect it was literally a blocks walk away from the beach. I also appreciated how the host stocked the room with beach towels and chairs for their guests to use and sent a nice message giving lots of travel info! Check-in was also super easy!
: The building was much older than I expected and the room had a musty smell to it. We also wished there was a dead bolt on the door for added security because access was through a key pad.

: The TV in the room didn’t work the 4 days I was there. It seems like the host would of made sure the TV cable was working before she rented it. Also she didn’t inform me that there was no parking and it was construction going on which made it hard to find the place. I arrived at 9pm so I was in a state I knew nothing about and she was no help to me when I called to tell her I couldn’t find the place and she knew it was construction going on that she fell to notify me about. I was crying and scared and she didn’t care. All she kept saying was you printed out the address I sent you. Never once said calm down I will help you. She made me feel like I couldn’t follow instruction. I had to ask people walking down Collins Ave where was the place. The street it’s on the whole block is blocked off for construction. I paid over $100 on parking and had to keep moving the car because you can only park in spots for so long before you had to move your car. I was alone having to move my car at all times if the night to keep from getting it towed
