Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Edgewater Place I Sextant in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Sextant Management will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned
within 72 hours. Please note guest credit card and ID must match the details on the reservation. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in.

Guests may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal The information is collected for screening and verification only, it is not stored or used for any other purposes.
