- One-Bedroom, One-Bathroom and Two-Bedroom, One-Bathroom apartment is USD 15 per night
- Two-Bedroom, Two-Bathroom apartment is USD 25 per night

At arrival guest will be requested to sign a rental agreement and a registration card, and present the ID and credit card that matches with the booking reservation.
