  : These apartments are managed by a remote management company. The apartment looked nice and modern, but the service was terrible. They sent us wrong codes for the door and left us locked out for hours. They did this on two separate occasions. They did not answer the phone or reply to our messages. On checkout, they were rude. They ruined our trip and wasted our time and money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was a very bad experience.

  : The apartment was nicely appointed.
  : The onsite staff and the Mint staff were all pretty lacking in their ability to help with things like the door code not working, the key fob not being in the apartment, etc.

  : I have stayed here 2 months. Room is great , you have everything you need. Great Location , safe and accessible. Whole foods and Cvs is so close , only couple steps. There is a valet parking outside of the building which is great. Staff was amazing and so helpful!
  : Wifi is really bad , it is too slow and keep crashing.

  : Nice place. Was clean upon arrival ad building amenities was great
  : Poor customer service. Second bathroom sink stayed clogged my entire stay. Reached out several times to the general mgr, customer service and they never sent maintenance to fix issue. Kept giving the run around about contacting maintenance. Door code didn't work we finally arrived making us stay out the room for more than 30 mins until it got fixed.

  : We arrived early at the property because we departed from a cruise ship and they had nowhere to store our luggage before we could check in so we had to go find a storage depot, with little help from the reception.I think this should be noted when trying to book the apartment.

  : No early check in as in the past few stays front desk could not help had you call customer service after getting off the cruise ship at 8 am was not able to check in early even paying an extra fee for this request left never used reservation went to hotel right down the way super helpful with early check in

  : The building is great! The best gym Ive ever seen, beautiful swimming pool and areas. Location is also wonderful! But the building does not belong to Mint, Mint only has a few floors in this building, so it's not their fault.
  : if you have any problems during your stay, you cannot contact the reception, as there are employees from other apartments, and the support does not solve your problems at all. Air play or screen casting didn't work for us, meaning we couldn't use the TV to watch movies. We addressed this problem, they promised to solve it, but during the month of our stay no one came. I also found out in advance whether it was possible to order delivery to our address, support said that it was possible. in the end it turned out that it was impossible, and all the deliveries that I ordered were returned to the sender. When we checked in, there was empty pepper, salt, and shower gel in the room. Our shower gel was replaced by a very dissatisfied employee, she also came into the bathroom with dirty shoes, we had to wash the floors after her

  : Excellent location, nicely designed and clean accommodation.
  : DO NOT STAY, luxury prices for appalling service. Unhelpful staff, who couldnt help with any issues and referred us to a phone number that our non US phones couldnt use. We ended up with no bedding for the kids (sofa bed) until we had sent multiple emails and way later than their bedtime. We were sent the wrong key code and couldnt access the accommodation (or use the lift, as the fob to do so was in the accommodation) for about half an hour. The front desk didnt offer the basic service of looking after our luggage, so we had to carry it around all day before our evening flight. The pool isnt accessible until after 9am, which anyone travelling with children knows is many hours after they wake up!
