  : NO SHEETS FOR EXTRA BED!TOWELS FOR 2 out of the 3 PEOPLE STAYING IN ROOM.CONCIERGE GIRL IN TEARS! NO ONE TO CALL DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HELP. SHE ONLY WORKED THERE FOR 3 WEEKS!SHEETS WRINKLED AND DID NOT SMELL FRESH!NEVER EVER WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN!

  : The unit could have been cleaned better. The toilet seat was loose. Not enough towels/wash clothes in the bathrooms. The floors and baseboards were dirty. Couch was dirty with stains.

  : The condo was terrible, holes in walls, shower did not drain, chip flooring in shower and cut foot,Knats all in rooms, 4 towels for 6 people, no manager here, would not answer phone, old coffee in coffee maker with mold, no where to park large van, lights didn’t all work, cable boxes hanging from tvs We have pictures of everything and will be posting on social media saying this is the type accommodations you get for 600.00 per night with booking.com I demand a phone call

  : this was the single WORST HOTELexperience of my life. and I’ve traveled around the world and stayed in everything from campsites and hostels to luxury hotels.THIS HOTEL IS LITERALLY LIKE A SCAM!no one was around to check me in when I arrived at like 8pm. another business in the building told me i was “lucky” that they even left a key for me. lucky?! I paid over $300 for this room how am I lucky?then I arrived to my room and it smelt heavily of weed and was not very clean. hair around the bathroom and no soap to even wash my hands.I tried reaching out with the phone number they provide to get these things fixed and I got ZERO response- the entire stay.my first morning in the hotel someone banged loudly on my door and, though I was not dressed, insisted I open up to vacate the room because it was my check out time… but it wasn’t. I told him that and he didn’t believe me and then took a minute to look at his phone and walked away.upon check out I finally met a real human person at the check in desk. She was very inattentive and just looked at her phone until I initiated a conversation though I was standing at the desk waiting for her attention. I asked to leave my luggage in their locker for the day and she told me to be back by 5pm when the desk would close.I came back at 1:45pm to gather my luggage and no one was there. I waited for a half hour, called all 3 phone numbers they list (all of which are fake!) and emailed and messaged them on booking.com too. NO RESPONSE.The other companies in the building said they never know where they are and had no way to contact them.there were several other people in the same predicament as me and no one could get ahold of the company.eventually someone broke into the luggage cage cause they were desperate to get to the airport. so that’s how everyone was able to get their luggage finally.THIS HOTEL IS TRULY A SCAM!

  : Near beach, pool on the “roof”. Lots of good restaurants locally and inside the building. Washing machine and dryer, full size cookware.
  : Not so clean floors in the apartment.
