  : We were disappointed at our second time stay. It was a busier stay this time, and they seemed to be short staffed- maybe? We had to request more than 2 towels for our room each day. Most upsetting was how overcrowded the pool was, and yet the hotel was selling day passes to outsiders.

  : The hotel service was amazing (food service less so). Jason in particular at the front desk was attentive and helpful. The grounds of the hotel are lush with plants and you feel like you're outside (it's an open atrium so you kind of are). The room felt secluded and quiet, and it was well appointed. Overall the property and the stay was very enjoyable. I was a bit concerned about some older reviews but the property had recently undergone some renovations, which was the subject of most of the feedback.
  : I could hear the water running through the pipes at night. I'm a lighter sleeper than I used to be and didn't get the best night's sleep on the first night as a result. I was used to it the second night so it was fine. On to food service. Overall it was lacking, however I do feel it's important to note that this appears to be a Miami thing, not necessarily specific to the hotel. I guess everyone is on island time? Many of the folks who waited on us in food establishments were not friendly or particularly welcoming, and at breakfast on our last morning before departing it took FOREVER to get our check, despite telling the server when he dropped the food that he could go ahead and bring it. It took so long that we didn't have time to do all of the things we wanted to before leaving. I will say the pool servers and bartenders were great.

  : Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Love the sitting area too. Rooftop is perfect.
  : We have stayed here multiple times. I wish our room had some outdoor natural light….we had an outdoor area but was in a cavernous location.

  : - beautiful building and interior, everything was well designed and good quality- the size of the room - both bathroom and the room was very spacious- the balcony with a space to hang out was very nice as well- it was very clean
  : We were kind of dissapointed as the hotel looks very nice and has so much potential but the overall experience was not so good and not what we would expect from a 5 star hotel. - the room was dark, and I mean very very dark almost no natural light. Even during the day you had to use all of the lights in the room and even when you did, it still wasn't sufficient for the room's size- our room had the possibility to connect it with the adjacent room, and the door to do so were not soundproof at all so we were woken up by our neighbour who probably had a meeting or watched tv, and we continued to hear them most of the time we spent in the room- no iron and ironing board in the room- no ice machine, you have to ask for it at the reception to send it to your room. First time we asked, we had to wait for like an hour to get it, the second time it came straight away- elevators - sometimes worked fine and sometimes very random, you press to go down - it goes up, etc.- the staff - depends who you talk to, some of them were very nice and comunicative, and the others not so much

  : Short on staff. Hours to get any requests fulfilled. Unwilling to accomodate for dietary restrictions. Paper thin walls between rooms. Didn't clean the bathroom at all. STAY AWAY!
