  : They had availability. Price was good.. Breakfast did have chocolate milk.
  : The first room they sent us to had not been cleaned. In the second room, the carpet was dirty. No toaster, no butter, no OJ for breakfast. The pool was closed for repairs. Sink area was too small for toiletries.

  : The beds was comfortable. They have vending machines for when you're thirsty. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver.
  : The staff was very rude and unprofessional, front desk.I already did the precheck-in to speed up the process and there I selected that I will checking in around 3:30. I arrived at 4:30 and the entrance was dirty(the rugs had crumbs and there were crumbled small papers on the surfaces where we waited) The process was long because the system was slow. When we went up to our room, they were still busy cleaning, our beds weren't made or anything. Everything was just thrown in the room and the cleaning lady wasn't there. By the looks of it, the whole floors rooms were still being cleaned. Again, this was past 4:30. Regular check in starts at 3. We wanted to rest because we were driving 4 hours, spent 8 hours at a business event, and in a few hours had another team event to go to that stretched till 1am. We needed that 1 hour sleep and being able to shower and refresh for the next event. We decided to leave, we aren't going to wait. We had a little break and came back to shower and change, rest for a few minutes. I went to get ice and the ice machine on our floor was out. I went to the front desk to go ask if there is another machine, she said I must try the one that was there in the corner or the one on the 3rd floor. I asked for a regular cup to put the ice in if the one on her floor works (I don't want to go back to the 2nd floor to get a cup). She said she didn't have anything for me and don't know where to get a cup for me. Irritated I went back to my room and cut a cup to get some ice on the 3rd floor. In the morning I realized that we have a ice bucket in our room, but when I showed it to my colleague I realized it was dirty. It had like pop goo in it, not a stain, like if you spill a liquid and it doesn't get absorbed in the surface it forms a layer. Our towels had stains on them, the TV didn't work.At checkout, the receptionist was very rude.
